Connecting with the heart space following or during meditation

I have been teaching meditation for many years now through my reiki courses and development groups, as well as my coaching and EFT 121’s; and since a further meditation diploma, I am now offering meditation for 121 clients to have personalised 60 minute sessions with me. Whilst in  a state of mindful prescence, I tune into my guides and use my intuition to guide the session to where it needs to go.

 

These sessions will aim to cover whatever the client uniquely wants work on, whether body awareness, breathing, chord cutting, visualisation, goal setting, connection with spirit energy and angels and guides, increasing their intution, managing their anxiety, or just working on focussing on meditation itself. as part of their mindful practice.

 

Mini meditations are common within my 121’s as they allow the client to ground into the present moment, to invite in peace and calm if it’s required and to touch base with their intuition and spirit guides if I feel it is needed in session. But if someone wants specifically to focus on meditation itself, and desires personalised assitance to reach their meditation goals then a 121 session of more intense meditation might be helpful.

An individual session (121) of meditation is £45 for the hour. Meditation classes are £10 for the hour with an option to prepay for discounted rates of a block of sessions.
