I write this blog in honour of the first two workshop dates of ‘Connect with your Angels and Spirit Guides’, that I most recently ran this February. I had two amazing groups of students, who all had totally unique experiences, and the groups were small and nuturing, with a home from home environment. Warm, compassionate, like-minded individuals, plenty of hot drinks and biccies, and plenty of connection to each other as well as the other side! Knowing that connecting to our Angels, Guides and loved ones is something that so many of us wish to be able to do more, and being one of the first, most pivotal moments with my own spiritual journey many years ago, I decided to write this workshop back in late 2023. I wanted to create a space for which people could come together, share experiences, do exercises and practice meditations in which to better connect and receive information, advice and reassurance from their Angels, Guides and loved ones in Spirit! The most important thing I wanted to relay during this workshop, was that it didn’t matter who you were, you would be able to connect on some level! It didn’t matter how clever you were, psychic you were, sensitive you were, or how good you’re imagination was! I wanted, and still want, people to know that you do NOT have to be a practising medium to connect to your Angels, Guides and loved ones in spirit! You literally just need the willingness to try and a little patience! It’s important that people understand that Information never comes through like a shout from the great beyond, but more like a soft whisper of knowing from deep within your soul. That’s right; often it’s through your intuition! And everyone has an intuition; it’s just a muscle that isn’t used enough! But the more you practice using this muscle, the stronger it gets! But spirit can also use our imagination to communicate with us, via pictures in our minds.
And they can even manipulate technology to get noticed by you! The spirit world is very creative and will use whatever method will work best for you or that will get your attention! They know that we’re all different personalities, with different interests. If you’re a big dreamer, then maybe you’ll receive very vivid dreams, and wake up feeling like you have all the answers! Happy days!

Maybe you’ve had a visitation dream before, where everything felt so real, so that when you woke, you felt like you’d truly spent some time in the company of a past loved one! Well, that’s because you did!

The spirit realm is ever present and always trying to be an active part of lives. You can guarantee your guides will be working behind the scenes for you, setting up chance encounters, synchronicistic events and metaphorical sign posts that pull us to where we need to be! In the same breath, circumstances can lead us away from things or even from people, if they’re not the right ‘fit’ for us, or if we are not on or have wandered off our spiritual path.

Have you ever felt thwarted at every turn with something?! Maybe the timing wasn’t right, orthere was actually something better for you round the corner! Maybe there were other times, when everything just seemed to work out? I’m such a big believer in this and have learnt to trust the process! I don’t doubt it anymore, I just accept it now. Fighting gets me nowhere! But as well as that, the spirit world is constantly trying to connect to us via signs and symbols all the time! Our Guardians Angels in particular, love to leave fluffy white feathers about for us, and they’re always ones that happen to be right along our path, or in obscure places and
just when we need a little reassurance or validation! I even had one fall down from the heavens in front of my face once! It’s rare, but it happens! And the more signs and symbols you ask for, the more you’ll receive! That’s the beauty of the spirit world. They’re always trying to get our attention; to tell us that all is well and to
actively help and be of service to us! Yes they want to help-it’s their job!!

So if you want a sign, ask for one! If you need advice, ask the question and see what comes! You can direct it to your Angel, your guides, to God, to Source or to a loved one passed! Be open of course, to how the information comes-don’t expect the lightening bolt! (Although that could, I guess happen in inclement weather!).
